founded in 1944. It has been owned by Guardian Eldercare since
January 1, 2004. Nestled in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, it is
only a five minute drive from the two local hospitals.
It is licensed as both an acute rehabilitation
hospital and as a skilled and long term care facility. Peterson
is the only area provider with four distinct levels of care under
one roof: Acute Rehabilitation, Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care
and Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapy. We are also the only area
provider that offers a Music Therapy Program and a Driver’s
Evaluation Program.
