Whether you're looking for help with a home improvement project, personal services, or ways to make your life more entertaining, we've got someone to help. Additionally, our stage will be active each day of the expo with demonstrations, classes and performances.

World Class Roofing Prize Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by World Class Roofing in partnership with the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce and its Home & Life Expo.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to all Home & Life Expo attendees who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period

Entries will be accepted beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20, and will close at 11:59 a.m. on Sunday, March 22.

How to Enter

Attendees may enter the giveaway by visiting the World Class Roof booth during the Entry Period. Additional entries may be earned by completing designated activities at the booth, as determined by the vendor. Limit one base entry per person. Additional entries are subject to booth activity rules.

Prize Details

One or more prizes will be awarded with a total approximate retail value exceeding $5,000. Individual prize values may vary. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

Drawing and Winner Selection

A random drawing will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 22. Winners do not need to be present to win.

Winner Notification and Prize Pickup

Winners will be contacted by phone using the information provided at entry. Prizes must be claimed and picked up by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 22. Alternate arrangements may be made at the sole discretion of Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce staff. No prize deliveries will be made outside a fifteen (15) mile radius of the Chamber’s office address.

Taxes and Liability

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any title, license, registration, warranty, or repair costs associated with any prize. The Sponsors make no warranties, express or implied, regarding any prize.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree that if selected as a winner, their name, likeness, and/or image may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, without additional compensation. Photos may be taken if the winner is present at the drawing.

General Conditions

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

Compliance with Law

This giveaway is subject to all applicable West Virginia sweepstakes and promotional laws and regulations.
