Utilizing Magic, Juggling, jokes and audience participation, Kathryn Thalman,
Will share with us how laughter really IS the best Medicine!
This West Virginia Wellness Member will challenge us to think outside the box by using visualization, exercises, and good old fashion belly laughter!
A good belly laugh is the equivalent of 15 minutes of moderate aerobic exercise and burns approximately 35 calories!!
We will explore how to get rid of Negative thoughts, and how to create new, GOOD habits.
You may even get to meet HABIT THE RABBIT!!!
